- One script tag before the closing body tag. It works on any site that can show HTML.
- Will it slow the page down?
- Your page loads about 4 kB up front. The form itself loads only when somebody opens it.
- Can our analytics see the phone numbers?
- No. The form runs isolated from your page, so tag managers, pixels and session recorders cannot read it. You can still track that a request happened.
- Will it pop up and annoy people?
- Only if you ask it to — and then once per visitor, for as long as you choose. Never on a phone, never while they are typing.
- Can someone copy our key to another site?
- It only works on the domains you allow, behind a bot check and rate limits. Rotating it takes one click.
